The Phantom Builds LLC is a fast-growing property maintenance company based in Hartford, CT, operating across multiple states. We manage assets for industry leaders like MCS, ServiceLink, Asset Managers, and private investors. We pride ourselves on vendor relationships—we do not believe in hidden terms or payment delays.

WHAT WE NEED?
Own tools, vehicle, and smartphone.
Inventory of standard materials (HUD locks, hasps, lockboxes).
Ability to follow strict photo guidelines (tape measures in photos).
Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Scope of Work:
Initial secures/Lock changes/Rekey (with allowable for additional work on the spot)
Bi-Weekly grass cuts
Debris removal/trash outs
Repairs (roof, drywall, deck etc)
Evictions
Mold remediation
Tenant Occupied Maintenance
Turn out projects
Experience in our industry is recommended but not required. There is immediate work available for those with experience, and training is available for those with less experience (must have some basic experience).
