We are looking for licensed technicians/handyman/contractors experienced with rehab/repairs, home improvement projects and preservation tasks to maintain vacant / rental properties. Whether you're new to the industry or bring years of experience, we’d like to partner with reliable and driven contractors

What You'll Be Doing:
✔️Lock change, winterization, weekly grass cuts, home improvement services
✔️Inspections, evictions, trash outs
✔️Taking clear before-during-after photos
✔️Providing estimates
✔️Document and reporting back any additional work opportunities
✔️Following work order instructions and meeting deadlines

Payment is done every Friday for work that has been completed the previous week.
