Hiring Property Preservation and Rehab Contractors!!

We are looking for experienced and skilled Property Preservation and Rehab/Repair Contractors in The state of Michigan.
We work for multiple clients and currently have foreclosed properties assigned to our company. We need experienced and skilled Property Preservation and Rehab/Repair Contractors to complete work and maintain these properties.
As soon as all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted, we can start assigning you to work orders from the very moment in your area/s.
Payment: After completion of the work, the payment time is 14 days for regular payment and 3 business days for express payment.
Compensation: Per Work Order Basis
Work includes but is not limited to -
1. Rehab/Repair
2. Roofing
3. Plumbing
4. HVAC
5. Electrical
6. Mold
7. Regular Preservation Repair - Lawn Care, Securing, Trash-Out, Drywall/Sheetrock, Paint Job, Mold Treatment, etc.
Also seeking Licensed Contractors/Specialists who complete all these work and also pull permits.
Requirements:
1. Own equipment to perform work.
2. General Liability Insurance of $1M minimum.
3. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number.
