Archetive Property Management, INC (APM) is a property management company based in Brooklyn, New York. Since 2018, we have been providing services to industry-leading mortgage field servicing companies and private investors across 21 states.
We have ongoing projects and property preservation work in Minnesota. Preferred Counties are below:
MN (Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka & surrounding counties.)
Potential Vendors must meet the following requirements:
* Valid Aspen Grove/ ABC# number. (Must for PP/REO vendors)
* Certificate of General Liability Insurance.
Skills: Please Do not apply if you lack these.
• Ability to take detailed photos as per instructions
• Capability to bid on all property damages
• Provide quality work in a timely manner
• Maintain clear communication with our team
