You’ll handle property preservation jobs like:
Landscaping (Grass Cuts, Edging, Trimming, Lawn Care)
Winterizations / Snow Removal
Sales Cleans / Maid Services
Securing & Lock Changes
Lockouts / Evictions
Trash Outs / Debris Removal
Minor Repairs
Roofing (Tarp, Repair, Replace)

✅ REQUIREMENTS

Aspen Grove ABC# (Active IC01 Status)
General Liability Insurance – $1 Million Minimum
Experience with PPW
Strong Communication (Phone & Email)
Ability to Photograph and Document All Work Clearly
48–72 Hour Turnaround Required

Truck & Trailer • Landscaping Tools • Generator • Standalone Pressure Gauge • Air Compressor • Preservation Supplies (HUD Locks, Tarps, Lumber, Antifreeze, etc.)
