Bluemoon Property Maintenance LLC is hiring Property Preservation Vendors in the State of Alabama (Birmingham Area and surrounding counties). We manage Foreclosed and Rental properties for several clients.
Nature of Work:
Securing
Driveway/Walkway
Winterization
Door/Windows
Fence Installation
Carpet Installation and Cleaning
Deck Installation
Drywall/Sheetrock
Evictions
Flooring
Landscape
Painting
Roofing
Snow Removal
Plumbing
Debris Removal
Garage Door
HVAC
Tile Installation
Fireplace/Chimney
We’re also looking for Licensed Contractors to perform:
· Hazard Claim Work
· Repair
· Remodeling
· Unit Turns
Onboarding Requirements:
Bank Account for Direct Deposits (ACH)
W9 form
General Liability Insurance (Minimum $1 Million)
ABC (Aspen Grove Background Check) Number
