We are looking for experienced and skilled Property Preservation and maintenance Vendors in the state of IN, IL and KY
We need experienced and skilled Property Preservation and Rehab/Repair Contractors to complete work and maintain these properties. As soon as all the necessary paperwork is processed and submitted, we can start assigning you to work orders in your area/s.
Payment: After completion of the work, the payment is disbursed within 7 business days for regular payment. (Bank Transfer/ZELLE/CashApp)
Documents:
1. Own equipment to perform work.
2. General Liability Insurance.
3. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number.
