We are looking for experienced and skilled Property Preservation Vendors in the state of CA, FL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MS, NH, OH, and WV

We need experienced and skilled Property Preservation and Rehab/Repair Contractors to complete the work and maintain these properties. As soon as all the necessary paperwork is processed and submitted, we can start assigning you to work orders in your area/s.

Payment: After completion of the work, the payment is disbursed within 7 business days for regular payment.

Requirements:
* Must be able to complete basic preservation services
* Must understand that photographing and documentation of work is very crucial
* Must be able to provide estimates for any damages to the property
* Must be detailed-oriented & follow work order instructions
* Contractors must understand the HUD guidelines


Documents:
1. Own equipment to perform work.
2. General Liability Insurance.
3. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number.
