We are looking for experienced and skilled Property Preservation Contractors in the state of Virginia - Accomack, Amelia, Buckingham, Chesapeake, Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Cumberland, Fairfax, Fluvanna, Frederick, Goochland, Hampton, King George, Manassas, Newport News, Northampton, Petersburg, Portsmouth, Powhatan, Prince William, Richmond, Shenandoah, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Virginia Beach, Warren.

Payment: After completion of the work, the payment is disbursed within 7-10 business days for regular payment.

Requirements:
* Must be able to complete basic preservation services
* Must understand that photographing and documentation of work is very crucial
* Must be able to provide estimates for any damages to the property
* Must be detailed oriented & follow work order instructions
* Contractors must understand the HUD guidelines

Documents:
1. Own equipment to perform work.
2. General Liability Insurance.
3. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number.
