KUS Services LLC is a property preservation company which works with all the Nationals. We are urgently seeking experienced Property Preservation Vendors, Handyman and General Contractors all over New York, Georgia & North Carolina.

Vendors covering the counties below will get extra preferences.

GA - Bibb, Jeff Davis, Columbia, Cherokee, Gilmer
NC - Burke, Caldwell, Guilford, Forsyth, Charlotte, Wake, Durham, Cumberland, Robeson, Wilmington, Wayne, Beaufort
NY - Onondaga, Jefferson, Oneida, Broome, Otsego, Erie


Jobs includes:

- Trash Out
- Lock Change
- General Property Preservation Tasks
- Drywall
- Winterization
- Roof & Gutters
- Fence Repair
- Interior & Exterior Handyman Services
- Lawn-care
- Minor Plumbing and Repair


Requirements:

- Familiar with PPW (Property Pres Wizard) web/ Mobile App
- Must be able to take detailed photographs as per instruction.
- Ability to bid on all damages at the property.


Payment:

-We pay on the following Monday 7 days from the submission of a work order with sufficient photos, bids, and information that is required by our clients


Note: We pay an additional amount for OUT OF AREA coverage and RUSH work order.
