SE Field Services hiring in Looking for vendors to complete property preservation and maintenance work in IN, KY, MI, NY, OH, PA and WV., multiple states.

Work orders can be assigned right away.
Work includes, but is not limited to:
- Debris Removal/Trashout
- Initial/Final Secure
- Mold/Discoloration/Mildew Treatment
- Drywall Repair/Removal/Replacement
- Roof Repair/Tarp/Replacement
- Plumbing Repair
- Door/Window Repair/Replacement
- Landscaping/Trimming/Removal
- Seasonal Maintenance (Grass Cut/Snow Removal)
- Winterization
- Boarding/Deboarding/Reboarding
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial Service (Broom Sweep, Maid Refresh)
- Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)
All potential vendors are required to have an active Aspen Grove ABC number. Additionally, we also require a General Liability insurance of $1M.
We pay in 10-14 days through direct deposit.
The equipment necessary to receive work from the company along with supplies includes bank-coded knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lock boxes, lumber, building supplies, tarps, antifreeze, etc.
We expect the vendors to have the following soft skills:
Quick response to phone calls and emails
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and respect for due dates
