Silver Sand Property Management LLC is a regional property management company based in Baton Rouge, LA. We’re looking for professional and experienced turns, rental/occupied maintenance and property preservation sub-contractors in the state of TX & LA

TX - Houston, Beaumont, San Antonio, Fort Worth, Dallas, and Del Rio
LA - Monroe, Baton Rouge, Lake Charles, New Orleans, Houma, and Ponchatoula

Scope of Work:
• Landscaping (Grass cut, Lawn maintenance, Tree trimming & Removal Services)
• Securing a property (Rekey, Lockbox, Lockset)
• Evictions, Trash outs, Sales Clean
• Snow Removal
• Roofing, Flooring, Drywall, Paint, Mold remediation
• Plumbing, HVAC, Electric

Payment Terms:
Invoice is paid net 3 days after a work order has been closed out through direct deposit (ACH) or Zelle payment method.
