HUD Prime Seeking Experienced Vendors

Alpine Companies Inc. holds the Field Service Management (FSM) contracts for the states of North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
We are currently adding experienced preservation vendors in all areas. At Alpine we offer you the opportunity to work directly with the HUD prime contractor in our states. .
Alpine also offers a net 30 pay schedule and pays weekly via direct deposit.
Work may include but is not limited to;
- Debris Removal
- Professional Cleaning
- Winterization, De-Winterization and pressure testing of plumbing systems
- Lawn Maintenance
- Securing
- Minor Repairs
- Roof Tarping
- Lock Changing
- Various Maintenance Work
- Boarding
To be considered to work with Alpine Companies, vendors must have reliable transportation and equipment including trucks, trailers, generators, and lawn equipment. Vendors must also own and be proficient in the use of smart phones, tablets and computers. Alpine’s property maintenance system is PRUVAN compatible. In addition to these requirements, all vendors must be insured and be able to pass a background check.
