PPS Property Services LLC is seeking subcontractors to join our vendor network for our property preservation and maintenance work.
Competitive Pay - Funds sent Bi-Weekly
We are looking for sub-contracting companies able to perform all service types, including demolition, property repair and reconstruction, debris/waste removal, lawn care, and winterizations.

Requirements
US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Driver’s License and Vehicle
Licensed Contractor in state of PA or NJ
Commercial liability insurance
Automobile liability insurance
Workers’ compensation if you have one or more employee(s) and/or contractor(s)
Able to pass a background check: no felonies within the past 3 years
Vehicle and tools necessary to perform the full range of preservation work
Smart phone (with data)
Preservation experience a plus
Experience with Property Preservation Wizard a plus
Experience with cost-estimating software a plus
Responsibilities
Ability to perform property preservation work orders as given from our office staff
Jobs to include various property preservation jobs, REO services, and seasonal work orders
Work is time-sensitive; most projects must be performed within 24-48 hours
Per client requirements, take photo evidence of before and after job to provide to office for completed bids
Pay
1099 Contractor
Anticipated volume of at least $35k to $75k/year; new contractors will get increasing work based on performance.
Pay is Bi-Weekly
