Safe Armor Property Specialists

We are a nationwide property preservation company looking for contractors to perform services such as grass cuts, lock changes (rekeying) debris removal, bids, window boarding, basic home repairs, trash outs, carpet cleaning, pumping of pools, evictions, cash for keys and sales cleanings and REO work for banks.

Qualifications/requirements:

Vendors must be reliable and professional, have a driver's license to cover a 30-45 mile radius from your starting location, be able to pass a criminal background check (or provide current Aspen Grove number), have a smart phone (to receive emails and send the occasional few photos from site for bid approvals), have a working computer and internet, have locks (knob, deadbolt, padlocks and lock box's) with basic HUD key codes already on hand or have the ability to purchase them immediately for your work orders, working capital for 14-30 business days, and the ability to complete orders on time/accurately and communicate with your client (us) when additional information is requested-either by email or phone calls.

We require general liability insurance and E&O.
