In search of Property Preservation Vendors

We are in search of someone who can meet the following requirements:
☑ï¸Clean background
☑ï¸Clean driver's license
☑ï¸Has truck
☑ï¸Has tools
☑ï¸Has camera
☑ï¸Has internet
☑ï¸Can perform property maintenance and repairs
☑ï¸Can work independently
☑ï¸Can meet timelines
☑ï¸Is available some nights and weekends
☑ï¸Is willing to travel within a 75 mile radius 1 way
We need someone that can do the following...
Occupancy inspections, lock install/change, clean out and hauling, maid/janitorial, grass cuts/weed removal/tree shrub trimming, winterizations and more...
You will also do bids for example: dead tree removal, fence repair, carpet removal and more. (We do not discount your bids)
