Position Overview:

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Independent Property Preservation Contractors to join our network of professionals. As an Independent Contractor with JP Field Services LLC, you will play a crucial role in preserving and maintaining properties to ensure they meet our clients' standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform property preservation tasks, including but not limited to lawn maintenance, debris removal, lock changes, winterization, and minor repairs.
Conduct property inspections and provide accurate and detailed reports.
Complete preservation work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company guidelines and industry standards.
Maintain clear communication with the main office and provide updates on job status.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property preservation or related field preferred.
Knowledge of property maintenance, construction, or related trades.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation and necessary tools and equipment.
Familiarity with industry regulations and guidelines is a plus.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and insurance.
Own tools and equipment for property preservation tasks.
Ability to pass a background check.
