• P&P and REO Maintenance
• Securing (Locks & Boarding) & Winterizations
• Trash-Outs & Landscaping (Grass Cuts/Snow Removal)
• Remodeling, Roofing, Evictions, & General Repairs
Requirements:
• Valid ABC#/Shieldhub Report (IC01, IC02) (Required for PP/REO work) or Background check report.
• General Liability Insurance 1M.
• Experience with PPW, taking detailed photo documentation, and bidding on damages.
• Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines.
