Seeking Skilled Handymen, Property Preservation Contractors, Maintenance Contractors & Field Inspectors

Silver Point Services LLC is actively seeking reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Property Preservation & Maintenance Contractors to service REO, vacant, and foreclosed properties.

If you take pride in delivering quality work and meeting deadlines, we'd love to have you join our contractor network.

Key Responsibilities

Common services include:

Property inspections (photos required using a smartphone)
Lock changes, deadbolt installation, and padlock installation
Boarding and securing doors and windows
Debris removal, personal property removal, and full property cleanouts
Lawn maintenance (grass cutting, shrubs, vines, tree trimming, etc.)
Snow removal
Property winterizations
Maid services and sales cleaning (sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces)
Pool boarding and securing
Roof tarping and minor shingle repairs
Reporting property damages with measurements
Minor interior and exterior repairs
Additional Responsibilities
Take clear, timestamped before-and-after photos of all completed work.
Maintain regular communication with our coordination team regarding job progress and any issues encountered.
Respond to emergency work orders, including securing broken windows, addressing water leaks, and other urgent preservation needs.
Complete all work according to client guidelines and within required deadlines.
Requirements
Previous experience in property preservation, maintenance, construction, or field services is preferred.
Must own basic tools and equipment, including a lawn mower, drill, hand tools, and a smartphone or tablet capable of taking high-quality photos.
Ability to work independently and follow detailed work orders.
Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are preferred.
