Silver Sand Property Management LLC is actively seeking contractors like you to join our team and assist us in various property maintenance and improvement projects across the state of NEW YORK!

[ Your Responsibilities ]

o Ability to identify damages and bid on all damages at the property.
o Property Repair & Maintenance.
o Debris removal & Trash-outs.
o Initial Maid Service & Recurring Maid Services.
o Lawn Maintenance including Recurring Grass Cuts and Snow Removals.
o Securing properties: Lock Changes and Window/Door Boarding.
o Winterization with all the requirements
o Coordinate Eviction Services
o Roofing, Demolition, General Repairs

[ What We Require ]

o Proven experience as a Property Preservation, Maintenance & Repair Contractor.
o Valid & Active Aspen Grove IC01 ABC# number.
o Proficiency & knowledge of using PPW (Property Pres Wizard) and access the App while on site and capture pictures.
o Certificate of General Liability Insurance.
o Valid Photo ID or Driving License
