We are expanding our professional vendor network. We are actively seeking reliable, experienced property preservation and maintenance vendors for ongoing opportunities across Texas.

Core Responsibilities:
Property Inspections: Perform routine and initial property condition reports.
Securing Services: Execute lock changes, lockbox installations, and property boarding.
Eviction: Assist with legal set-outs and secure property perimeters.
Trash Out/Debris Removal: Handle full property trash-outs and hazard remediation.
General Maintenance: Perform minor repairs, winterizations, landscaping, and ongoing property upkeep.
Occupied Maintenance: Maintenance for SFRs
Vendor Requirements:
Industry Experience: Proven track record in property preservation, REO maintenance, or residential contracting.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in carpentry, basic plumbing, minor electrical, locksmithing, and structural securing.
Infrastructure: Reliable service vehicle, specialized tools, a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone for documentation.
Software Familiarity: Experience using Property Preservation Wizard (PPW) is highly preferred.
Compliance: Relevant trade licenses and general liability insurance are strong advantages.
