We work with property management companies, institutional investors, asset managers, and mortgage servicing organizations to maintain, repair, secure, and prepare residential properties for occupancy.

We are seeking dependable, self-equipped professionals who can independently manage assigned projects, meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and deliver properly documented results.

• Exterior maintenance and minor repairs

• Accurate documentation is an essential part of every assignment.
• All contractors must be prepared to:
• Submit clear before, during, and after photographs for every applicable work order.
• Photograph property damage with visible tape measurements when required.
• Complete a Property Condition Report (PCR) and other required inspection forms.
• Communicate with our operations team upon arrival and before leaving the property.
• Report additional damages, unforeseen conditions, or changes in scope before proceeding.
• Provide timely progress updates and complete all required documentation for payment processing.
• Incomplete documentation or unauthorized work may delay work order approval and payment.

𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐏𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 & 𝐅𝐈𝐄𝐋𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒
• Contractors should have access to equipment appropriate for their assigned services, including:
• Reliable truck or service vehicle and hauling trailer
• Lawn mower, string trimmer, blower, and landscaping tools
• Standard hand tools, power tools, and repair equipment
• Generator, compressor, and pressure-testing equipment for preservation work
• Cleaning tools, hauling supplies, and protective equipment
• Common securing materials, including locks, padlocks, hasps, lockboxes, boarding materials, and tarps
• Smartphone with internet access for field reporting, photographs, and work order updates

𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑 𝐎𝐍𝐁𝐎𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
Applicants should be prepared to provide:
• Valid government-issued photo identification or driver's license
• General Liability insurance certificate (if available)
• Workers' Compensation or Exemption certificate
• Background screening for applicable resident-occupied assignments
• Applicable trade licenses or certifications for regulated work
• Completed contractor onboarding documents and payment information
