As part of our property preservation efforts, the contractors will be responsible for conducting a range of tasks:
• Initial Services
• Securing/Lock changes/Rekey
• Bi-weekly grass cuts
• Debris removal/trash outs
• Repairs (roof, drywall, carpet, etc)
• REO rehab work
• Evictions
• Roof-Tarp/Repair
• Board ups/reglaze
• Janitorial/maid services
• Pool securing/Servicing
• Inspections
• Mold Remediation
• Hazard removal

✅ Desired Skills
- Previous experience in property preservation or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of lawn maintenance techniques and equipment operation.

- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
