LFG Construction & Service is seeking field contractors, general contractors, and independent handymen with experience in lawn maintenance, winterization, debris removal, roofing repairs, plumbing repairs, cleaning services, drywall/siding repairs, fence repairs, and flooring, to manage vacant/bank-owned properties as well as commercial and residential properties throughout the state of Florida — primarily in the counties of Lee, Sarasota, Charlotte, and Collier, and surrounding areas.

Candidates must be willing to take clear photos with a measuring tape showing all damages, as well as before, during, and after photos of every completed job.

Candidates must message us upon arrival and upon departure from each property.

Work to be completed:

• Lock changes / rekey / lockbox installation
• Biweekly lawn cuts
• Tree, bush, and vine trimming
• Debris and trash removal
• Repairs (plumbing, drywall, carpet, siding, gutters, soffit/fascia, etc.)
• Evictions
• Roof tarp installation / repair / replacement
• Window/glass repairs
• Janitorial / maid services
• Pool securing and maintenance
• Inspections and estimates
• Mold remediation
• Plumbing repairs
• Fence repairs, etc.
• Winterization

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to complete basic property preservation services.
• Must understand and meet photo and documentation requirements for each work order in detail.
• Must be able to provide bids/estimates for any damages found at the property. We prioritize candidates who are observant and recognize additional bid opportunities while completing other work on-site.
• Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and able to follow work order instructions precisely.
• Must understand and comply with HUD guidelines when assigned to HUD-related work.

Required equipment and supplies:

• Basic hand tools
• Basic cleaning supplies
• Lawn equipment: lawn mower, weed eater, hedge trimmer, blower, etc.
• Truck and trailer for debris removal
• Generator, air compressor
• Smartphone with internet access to use mobile apps on-site
• Stock supplies such as: doorknobs, deadbolts, padlocks, lockboxes, lumber, building materials, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc.

Payment:

• Lawn cuts and cleaning services are paid on the Friday following 7 days after submission.
• All other work orders are paid on the Friday following 7 days after submission, as long as photos, bids, and required information are submitted and approved by our clients.

If a work order is rejected by the client, payment will be issued based on the date of final client approval after corrections are made.

Payment methods: Bank transfer, Zelle, or mailed check.
