We offer weekly pay and consistent lead generation for work. Qualified vendors must have $1m each General Liability, Errors & Omissions, and carry Auto insurance and follow your state requirements for worker's compensation coverage.

Most common examples of work available are:
Tenant Services/SFR/Renovations:
- Property clean ups/final maid services to prep vacant units to be rented again
- Install/Repair Flooring (LVP, carpet, wood)
- Interior and exterior painting/drywall repairs
- Handyman/Emergency service punch lists (fixing leaks, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, flood, etc)
- Addressing code violations and safety issues (failing steps, stairs and railings, water damage, mold)
- Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
Property Preservation Services:
- Securing Properties (lock changes/boarding/lockboxes)
- Trash outs - Removing all debris and hazards
- Winterizations
- Lawncare & Snow Removal

Requirements:
- Must be able to meet deadlines and be on time for appointments with tenants and code officials when required.
- Must be able to communicate professionally and respond to email, phone or text requests for updates.
- Must be able to meet with tenants and act professionally while maintaining a clean and respectful workspace at all times.
- Must be willing to take photos, fill out property reports, submit bids and invoices through our mobile app technology.
