Precise Property Maintenance is a property management and preservation company with over 10 years of industry experience.
We are looking for Tenant Occupied Maintenance, and Property Preservation crews in South Carolina, especially Greenville, Columbia, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach. The crews need to be able to perform the following –
• Handyman service
• Ceiling repair
• Painting
• Small plumbing repair
• Drywall
• Winterization
• Lawn Maintenance / Trimming/Landscaping
• Lock Change
• Boarding
• Small Repairs
• Tarping
• Debris Removal / Trash out
