Looking for Active Field Contractors for Property Preservation

We are looking for independent field contractors & handymen with experience in the Property Preservation services, such as but not limited to lawn maintenance, interior & exterior repair, trash out, roof repair, and recurring services, to manage vacant/foreclosed properties for Banks. Along with single-family rentals, we also work on REHAB and renovations.
Payment:
We pay on the following Friday after 7 days from the submission of any grass re-cut and recurring orders with sufficient photos.
We pay on the following Friday after 14 days from the submission of a work order with sufficient photos, bids, and information that is required by our clients and accepted by them. If a work order is rejected by our clients, then the actual date of completion and acceptance from the client will be in the count in terms of payment release.
If you complete jobs every week, then you will get paid weekly after a span of 14 days of your first job.
Payment Mode : Bank Transfer, Issue Check, Zelle, (CashApp-In case Emergency)
Work to be completed:
Initial secures/Lock changes/Rekey (with allowables for additional work on the spot)
Bi-Weekly grass cuts
Debris removal/trash outs
Repairs (roof,drywall,carpet etc)
Evictions
Roof Tarp/Repair
Board ups/reglaze
Janitorial/maid services
Pool securing/Servicing
Inspections
Mold remediation
Hazard removal
