Looking for an experienced Property Preservation Specialist in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area.

We are growing in the Property Preservation world and we have an amazing opportunity for skilled Property Preservation vendors.
We are looking for qualified vendors with a great work ethic, who are reliable, punctual and available on short notice. Must have your own vehicle, tools and Smartphone.
We pay per the job and the work includes, but is not limited to:
* Full service (interior and exterior) property preservation services
* Winterization
* Grass cuts
* Tree trimming
* Debris removal
* Trash outs
* Property re-secures
* Boarding of windows/doors/locks
* Tarping
* Miscellaneous handyman services
What we require of each vendor:
* Current insurance (must show proof of your current General Liability insurance and current Workers Compensation insurance - if not a sole proprietor)
* A background check and an ABC number from Aspen Grove
