In Arkansas & Louisiana, we need independent field contractors & handymen who can handle lawn care, winterization, trashout, roof repairs, plumbing repairs, maid service, drywall/siding repair for banks.

These areas are highly needed:

* All counties in Arkansas
* All counties in Louisiana

 Please read this before applying:

* Contractors or handymen should take good photos with tape measures of all damages and before, during, and after photos of all work.

* Before leaving the site, contractors and handymen should call us from the site.

 
The work to be done is:

Lock changes/rekeys/lockboxes

Grass cuts every two weeks

Trimming trees, shrubs, and vines

Trash removal/debris removal

Home repairs (plumbing, drywall, carpet, siding, gutters, soffit/fascia, etc.)

Evictions

Roof tarp/Repair/Replace

Reglazing/boarding

Janitorial/maid services

Pool securing/Servicing

Inspections

Mold remediation.

 
Payment:

Lawn care:

Any grass cut and maid service orders are paid on the following Monday.

Maintenance:

We pay on Monday after 14 days of receiving photos, bids, and information that our clients need and accept. If a work order is rejected by our clients, then the actual date of completion and acceptance from the client will be in the count in terms of payment release.

 Payment Mode: Bank Transfer, Issue Check, Zelle

 
Note: We will provide an additional amount for OUT OF AREA coverage and RUSH work order.
