Silver Wolf Property Solutions Inc is looking for reliable property preservation contractors to partner up with.
We payout every week and if you need help with materials we got you covered!
We are currently needing contractors around the Atlanta Metro Area, Gainesville, Athens, Brunswick & Augusta.
Responsibilities:
• Perform basic property preservation tasks like lock change, winterizations, grass cuts etc.
• Take photos for all tasks.
• Provide estimates for damages found at a property.
• Be alert for more work opportunities while on the job.
• Pay close attention to details, follow strict timelines and task instructions.
Needed Tools & Materials:
• General tools
• Cleaning supplies
• Landscaping equipment
• Truck and trailer
• Generator & air compressor
• Stock supplies like HUD locks, lumber, tarp, RV antifreeze, etc.
