Silver Wolf Property Solutions Inc is looking for reliable property preservation contractors to partner up with.
We payout every week* and if you need help with materials we got you covered!
We are currently needing contractors from all over South Carolina.
Responsibilities:
• Perform basic property preservation tasks like lock change, winterizations, grass cuts etc.
• Take photos for all tasks.
• Provide estimates for damages found at a property.
• Be alert for more work opportunities while on the job.
• Pay close attention to details, follow strict timelines and task instructions.
Needed Tools & Materials:
• General tools
• Cleaning supplies
• Landscaping equipment
• Truck and trailer
• Generator & air compressor
• Stock supplies like HUD locks, lumber, tarp, RV antifreeze, etc.
*Net 14
