Precise Property Maintenance is one of the prominent preservation companies having over 10 years of industry experience, and we are currently expanding and looking for experienced, positively driven vendors to join our team.
We use PPW for work order management. We ensure payment within 5 (Five) business days of work order completion.
Work includes, but is not limited to:
- Roofing, Rehab, Repairs, etc.
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals/Landscaping
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial
- Trash Outs
- Electric
- Plumbing
- Mold Remediation, etc.
**Requirements:
-Own Equipment’s
-Aspen Grove ABC number
- General Liability insurance of $1m
