Looking for experienced preservation vendors in CT, MD, DE, NJ, MA, RI, ME, OH, PA

We are currently looking for experienced preservation contractors to assist with a new client opportunity. Contractors experienced in preservation work and conveying properties for FHA/GSE's are preferred. We use PPW as our technology platform. All contractors will be required to have their own general liability & errors and omissions insurance and follow each state's worker's compensation laws. Vendors will also be required to supply an Aspen Grove ABC number.
Work includes, but not limited to:
- Bid Approvals for minor and major home repairs ($1,000 - $100,000)
- Debris & Hazard Removal
- Grass Cuts & Snow Removal
- Winterizing homes
- Additional landscaping (Shrubs, vines and trees)
- Securing (locks, lockboxes & board ups)
- Minor Property Repairs
- Initial & Monthly janitorial home cleaning (Broom Sweep, Maid Refresh)
- Addressing water damage and water intrusion
- Minor gutter & roof protection
Vendors will be expected to complete thorough property inspections, identify damages and conveyance issues. Detailed bids to cure with photos will be required. We auto pay vendors weekly based upon their invoices submitted and client payment terms. Typical wait time is 7 - 30 days. Maine vendors must be licensed with the state of Maine to perform property preservation work.
