Looking for experienced Property Preservation Contractors

Gryphon Group is seeking experienced Property Preservation Vendors who enjoy what they do. If you have a positive attitude, have a thorough understanding of GSE guidelines and requirements, and at least one year property preservation experience, please contact us. We are looking to align ourselves with contractors that pride themselves on their quality workmanship, attention to detail, and communication skills. Our sub contractors are required to be able to inspect homes for certain damages, provide clear detailed bids, along with photos to support, and have a respect and understanding for client deadlines. Experience using Property Preservation Wizard is a plus.
