As an independent contractor, you will play a crucial role in preserving and maintaining properties, ensuring their quality and value for our clients. Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including lawn care, landscaping, and general cleaning.
- Handle debris removal and disposal to maintain a clean and orderly property.
- Complete minor repairs, such as fixing broken windows, leaky faucets, and damaged fixtures.
- Ensure properties comply with local ordinances and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in property preservation, general contracting, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance and repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in property preservation work.
