Looking for EXPERIENCED Property Preservation Contractors in DC and MA

Pay is the 15th and last day of the month (via direct deposit)

• Grass cut
• Complete Winterization
• Trim Trees & Shrubs
• Maid Service
• Debris removal
• Lock changes
• Tarp roofs
• Initial services (including sales clean)
• Boarding
• Drywall Repairs
• Mold Remediation
• Rehab
• General Labor with construction experience
• **Must have own transportation, equipment and materials***.
Must be detail oriented when reporting results in photos (PPW), reports, and bids. Must understand the importance of due dates and meeting deadlines. Must be available to work weekends if needed.
