Property Preservation Company in NEED of sub-Contractors Nationwide! We preserve Foreclosure Homes for banks. Work is provided in accordance with allowable and condition of property.
Jobs performed included but not limited to:
• Lawn care
• Complete Winterizations
• Trim Tree & Shrubs
• Debris Removal
• Lock Changes
• Tarp Roofs
• Initial Services (including sales clean)
• Boarding
• Drywall Repairs
• Mold Remediation
• Full Rehab jobs, Repairs, etc
• Pool Securing
• Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation)
• General Labor with construction experience
**Must have own transportation, equipment and materials***.
Contractor Keys are mandatory!

All of the following are REQUIRED
- Smartphone in order to take before-during-after pictures
- Able to get supplies needed for order. (Locks, Padlocks, Lock Boxes, RV anit-freeze, Tarps, Winterization Supplies. ETC.)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- General misc. tools (drill, hammer, wrench, tape measure, utility knife, screw driver, etc).
- Generator, Lawnmower, compressor
- Good communication skills
All potential vendors are required to have an Aspen Grove ABC number.

Additionally, we also require a General Liability insurance of $1m

We expect the vendors to have the following soft skills:
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and respect for due dates
