Looking for experienced property preservation vendors in AR, HI & MI

JGM Property Group INC is currently seeking experienced property preservation vendors in several states: Arkansas, Hawaii and Michigan.
Contractors must have knowledge and understanding of HUD and FHA guidelines, be able to provide quality results in a timely manner, have good communication and be able to provide bids. Knowledge of Property Pres Wizard (PPW) is a plus.
Vendors must carry general liability and errors and omissions insurance
Must have a valid Aspen Grove background check
Must be able to bid all damages
Must have equipment and required tools/supplies
