R&R Cleaning is Looking for REO & Preservation Contractors. We are seeking experienced property preservation vendors, general contractors, and handymen, in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Florida.
What we require of each vendor:
• W9, Driving License
• Proof of current General Liability insurance
• Proof of current Workers' Compensation insurance (if not a sole proprietor)
• A background check
We pay per job and the work includes, but is not limited to:
Jobs include:
- General Property Preservation Tasks
- Lock Change
- Snow removal
- Debris removal
- Drywall
- Painting
- Roof & Gutters
- Interior & Exterior Handyman Services
- Lawn-care
- Repairs & Rehab
