Precise Property Maintenance is seeking experienced handymen, electricians, and plumbers for ongoing property maintenance work. Locations- Columbus, Ohio, Greensboro in NC, Colorado Spring in CO, Memphis and Nashville in TN
Types of Jobs Include:
• Snake draining
• Small plumbing repairs
• Floor repairs
• Tree removal
• Drywall and ceiling repairs
• Painting
• Door and window repairs
• Light fixture installation
• Light electrical repairs
• Roof and gutter cleaning
• Lock changes/adjustments
Requirements:
• Must have your own tools and equipment
• General Liability Insurance is required
• Must complete and submit a W9 form
