Pre Eminence Asset preservation LLC hiring in In OR - Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson , Tillamook , Clackamas , Multnomah & Washington counties and in PA - CENTRE, LYCOMING, LUZERNE, LACKAWANNA, CAMBRIA & surrounding counties., multiple states.
The vendor should be able to perform the following works:
Initial secures/Lock changes/Rekey (with allowable for additional work on the spot)
Bi-Weekly grass cuts
Debris removal/trash outs
Repairs (roof, drywall, carpet, etc)
REO rehab work
Evictions
Roof Tarp/Repair
Board ups/reglaze
Janitorial/maid services
Pool securing/Servicing
Inspections
Mold Remediation
Hazard removal
