Niagara, Erie, Chautaqua, Cattaragus, Orleans, Genesee, Wyoming, Monroe, Livingston, Wayne, Ontario, Yates, Seneca, Cayuga, Cortland, Tompkins, Onondaga, Oswego and Madison


We have plenty of orders in the above listed counties, ready to assign immediately.

We are offering bonuses and incentives to reward for those who are completing work on time.


Work includes, but are not limited to:
- Roof repair and replacement.
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization/Dewinterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Maid Service
- Trash outs/Debris Removal
-Shrub/ tree trimming
- Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)
-Full rehab jobs

All potential vendors are required to have an Aspen Grove ABC number and the equipment necessary to receive work from the company along with supplies that include bank coded knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lock boxes, lumber, building supplies, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc.

Additionally, we also require a General Liability insurance of $1,000,000
