We are a professionally managed and run company looking for local area vendors who have experience and the ability to do standard preservation duties/tasks including but not limited to the following:
>Winterization
>Lawn Maintenance
>Debris Removable
>Lock Changes
>Initial Services (Including sales clean)
>Boarding
>General/Minor household repairs
>Snow removal
>Mold Treatment
>Roof Work
Requirements:
Must have your own transportation and equipment
Must be detail-oriented when reporting results in photos, reports, and bids
Must understand the importance of due dates and meeting deadlines
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have great communication skills
Must have internet access and a smartphone
Must be willing to travel up to 2 hours away
