Aftm Preservation LLC is looking for independent field contractors & handymen with experience in Lock changes/Rekey/Lockbox, Bi-Weekly Grass Cuts, Trimming Tree/Shrubs, Vines Removal, Debris Removal/Trash Outs, Repairs (Plumbing, Drywall, Carpet, Siding Gutter, Soffit/Fascia etc.), Evictions, Roof Tarp/Repair/Replace, Boarding /Re-glazing, Janitorial/Maid services, Pool Securing/Servicing, Inspections, Mold Remediation, Repair to Manage Vacant/Foreclosed Properties on behalf of Banks & 3rd party Clients.

Before Applying, Please Read Below:
• Must have a valid Photo ID and active ABC#
• Must have working experience using PPW
• Must provide own tools to complete Jobs when applicable (bigger tools can be rented as per needs)
• Must be willing to communicate and follow instructions
• Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner
• Must have willingness to take good, clear photos with tape measurement for all the damages and before, during and after photos of all work completion.
• Candidate needs to call us from site when arrived at the property or before leaving the property to ensure all work has been completed as per guideline to prevent rejection.

Payments:
We pay on the following Friday after 7 days from the submission of all work orders. All work order must be completed as per instructions with sufficient photos, bids, and information that is required by our clients and accepted by them. If any Work Order is Rejected by our Clients, then the actual date of completion and acceptance from the Client will be in the count in terms of Payment release date.

Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, Issue Check, PayPal
Note: We will provide additional dollar amount for OUT OF AREA coverage and RUSH work order when applicable.
