Looking for Inspectors and Preservation Companies

We are looking for independent field contractors & inspectors in NC SC ND SD WV, experienced with inspections, postings, lawn maintenance & landscaping, winterization, trash outs/debris removal, snow removal, roof tarping, minor repairs, maid service, drywall/siding repairs to maintain vacant/foreclosed properties for the US government and/or banks.
Before Apply Please Read:
*Contractors/Inspectors must take good photos with tape measurements for all the damages and before, during and after photos of all work completion.
*Contractors/Inspectors must have have an Aspen Grove iRecord account with a valid ABC # and use a mobile app such as InspectorADE, Pruvan, PPW.
*Contractors must carry a minimum of $1million in general liability, errors & omission, and workers comp (where required by state law).
Work to be completed:
Lock changes/Rekey/Lockbox
Grass cuts
Trimming tree, shrubs, vines,
Debris removal/trash outs
Repairs (Plumbing, drywall, carpet, siding gutter, soffit/fascia etc.)
Evictions
Roof Tarp/Repair/Replace
Boarding/reglazing
Cleaning/maid services
Pool securing
Inspections
Postings
Payment:
We pay on the following Friday after work order is approved with sufficient photos, bids, and information that is required by our clients and accepted by them.
