Apex Homes Management INC. is one of the largest nationwide property maintenance companies in the US. We are recently experiencing a large growth and looking for new vendors to expand our vendor base.
We are looking to hire reliable vendors for landscaping work in vacant properties for banks. Also, we are willing to work with various levels of expertise but the experience would be a plus. We process our work using PPW (Property Preservation Wizard) so the expertise in PPW would be of great advantage.
Property preservation work may include but is not limited to:
•Inspections
•Lawn maintenance/bi-weekly grass cuts
•Snow removal
•Janitorial/maid services/clean-ups
•Winterization
•Submitting bids for minor & major repairs
•Initial secures/lock changes/rekey (within allowable for additional work on the spot)
•Completing minor & major repairs (roof, drywall, carpet, etc.)
•Debris removal/trash outs/hazard removal
•Mold remediation
•Board-ups/re-glaze
•Evictions
•General handyman work
•Taking clear pictures.
Payout: We pay every 10-14 days on fully closed work orders.
Requirements:
• Valid ABC (Aspen Grove Background Check) number
• General Liability and E & O Insurance
