Safeguard Properties is expanding its vendor network and is seeking reliable Lawn Maintenance Contractors to service vacant, foreclosed, and REO properties throughout MN, MO, and KS.

Lawn Maintenance Services Needed
We are looking for qualified vendors able to perform:
• Grass cutting and recurring lawn maintenance
• Shrub and vegetation trimming
• Weed and overgrowth removal
• Yard cleanups
• Tree and brush maintenance
• Seasonal exterior property maintenance
• Photo documentation of completed work
• Other property-preservation lawn services as assigned
