REO bid request. If bid is approved all work goes directly to you. Bids for all repairs needed to place in financeable condition including – exterior door replacement. Remove/replace carpet 40oz/pad/tack strips, and landscaping (front & back), 250+ whole home photos – complete interior/exterior including mechanicals and outbuildings.
Will be paid by direct deposit or check. Must have a cell phone that can take photos and supports the PPW Application.
