ZVN Properties, Inc. is a national field servicing company, providing Property Preservation, Repair & Rehab Services, Tenant Occupied Maintenance, Turns, and Inspections for residential properties.
Our recruiting team is looking to have conversations with boots-on-the-ground contractors working locally in their respective areas to build lasting relationships.
Qualified vendors must have $1m each General Liability, Errors & Omissions, and Auto insurance.
Property Preservation & REO Work To Include:
- Securing Services (lock changes/boarding)
- Winterizations
- Debris Removal
- Lawn & Interior Maintenance
- Standard Prop Pres Services
Tenant Occupied / Rental Work To Include:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Drywall
- Painting
- Roof & Gutters
- Handyman Services
Requirements:
- Must be able to meet deadlines and be on time for appointments
- Must be able to meet tenants in a professional manner
- Must be willing to complete Vendor Package during onboarding via DocuSign
- Must be willing to complete reports/bids via our website or mobile app provided
