Looking for looking experienced and insured property preservation subcontractors

Venture Lily Villa, a Property Preservation company, is looking to bring on experienced and insured property preservation subcontractors to cover the following counties in VA: Alexandria City, Arlington, Fairfax, Fairfax City, Falls Church City, Fauquier, Fredericksburg City, Loudoun, Manassas City, Manassas Park City, Prince William, Stafford.

We are looking for strong team players who complete quality work! We pay Bi-Weekly and our Price Sheet is both fair and reasonable!

Requirements for this position include:
-Experience in the field of property preservation, a minimum of 6 months required.
-Have own tools, truck, smart phone, and computer.
-Familiar with Pruvan.
-Have an active Aspen Grove ABC#.
-Must be able to complete work within a 1-5 day window time frame, dependent on the urgency of the work order.
-Must be able to follow directions and pay close attention to detail.
-Must be able to take a minimum of 200-400+ photos in Pruvan which need to be clear (not blurry) and during daylight hours.
-Copy of your driver’s license.
-W9 Form completed and signed.
-Signed Subcontractor Agreement.
-Direct Deposit Form with copy of voided check or a letter from your bank including routing and
account numbers.
-Certificate of Insurance (general liability, errors and omissions,– naming Venture Lily Villa as a certificate holder).
-Must be able to complete all or some of the following work order types: grass cuts, landscaping, snow removals, debris removal, janitorial, boarding, general repairs, plumbing repairs, electric repairs, HVAC repairs, water pump outs, roofing services, lock changes, bid requests, evictions, occupancy verification, and more.
